We have had several meetings with the Regional
District of Nanaimo and Ministry of Transportation &
Infrastructure to begin preparing the zoning amendments (ZA) and phased development agreement (PDA). There are still many discussions and preparations yet to undertake, but once the ZA and PDA ready to go to public consultation, we will be sure to inform community members of the dates.
