Thank you for a strong turnout to the Community Reception last Thursday, despite the winter weather. It was good to see so many familiar faces. The main purpose of the occasion was to celebrate the adoption of the Schooner Cove and Lakes District Neighbourhood Plans into the Nanoose Bay Official Community Plan. This is a big milestone because it establishes a clear direction for a sustainable growth and change in our community.
Clearly, many of you were wondering about the future and how soon the Plans will be realized. Please read our current newsletter for some additional information, and do not hesitate to contact us with any further questions.
